If you go to Harbour City there is an area of Ocean Terminal with alot of sports shops. I'm sure the New Balance store would have your size - your feet aren't that big.

Sometimes there are some bazaar sales (in Harbour City, on Time square 13F, on Sogo's last floor) which sells sports gear.... the only place i have seen some white & pink puma shoes in size 42 (should be a 8 UK, i think)... they also have other adidas, etc.
you just need a bit of luck...
If you happen to be looking for "bigger shoes", have a look at the Lane Crawford warehouse in Sun Plaza (Ap Lai Shaw), they have some 41 and i reckon seeing a 42 (of course past collections, but who cares ?)
Otherwise, full priced options are available at Pacific Place's Lane Crawford & Sibu...

Mayita - have you seen 41/42 at Lane Crawford and Sebu? I am the same size and have never seen anything bigger than a 40 in those department stores including the outlet store at Horizon Plaza. Will try again if you have seen something there.
Scot - if you find any in HK please let us know as I also need some and have been waiting until I go home next to get some

i am also wearing shoes in size 41/42 too, i found a new place and they got the shoe size up to 43 ( depends on the patten) they are located in causeway bay so I think it is quite convenience and I bought one on Friday night, this is good and I am very happy about it because i can found alot of shoes fit on me... try them
