does anyone know how and who should I contact to start an employment agency in Indonesia, as far as I know most Indonesian agency are collaborating with hong kong agency, and they charge helpers with a huge sum of money. And my plan is to run an office in both Indonesia and hong kong, but will only charge a reasonable amount only. My family is Indonesia, and I m in hong kong. And if there is anyone interested to be a partner, you are most welome. Thank you

Moving this to the Living in HK forum.
You will first have to start with the Indonesian consulate in Hong Kong if you want to operate an agency that places Indonesians. We were told they were not accepting any new applications - perhaps you might have better luck...
Please note the ONLY reasonable LEGAL amount to charge a helper in HK who you place is 10% of a months salary so just under $400.
