Great site,
But I think an employment related discussion forum may be a good idea. Considering HK has a high percentage of expats from all over the world. An employment discussion forum would be good for networking, tips on where to find work, meeting other xpats in equal professions, helping out others to find work or hook up for work, connecting xpats to vacancies or recommedations. It is a case of you scratch my back I scratch yours.

I theory yes however in practice what we found in the past was such a forum ends up a mess with people posting ads asking for employers... and employers attempting to post their job ads... Very few of the questions were anything but ads.
We have a dedicated careers site for people to post their CV's and for employers to post job notices so for the time being that's the direction we prefer to take
