What type of info are you looking for?
The HK Institute of Architects: http://www.hkia.net/
They are a good source. However, if you are looking for a database of all architects in HK, I'm afraid there is none. There are many international architectural companies operating in HK, and they are often not registered at the HKIA.
I know a bit about looking for a job in the architectural field there, as I've just gone through that, found a job, and will be in HK by mid September. PM me if you want.
