Large item rubbish removal

Hey all - I am banging my head against a wall. I've searched forums but I can't quite find the answer I am looking for.


Is there a company that will come and cart away big rubbish items (old ruined furniture that is beyond resale or giving away).


I am moving house and we are getting rid of some stuff that just needs to go - into a tip or recycling but I cannot for the life find a phone number for this.


Any ideas - I am up against a deadline and I cannot leave this stuff behind and no one would take it even if I was giving it away.
