Need to build helpers bed - Recommendations?

Need to get a loft bed built for our helper to fit into a small space. Anyone able to recommend someone who will do a good job that doesn't cost a bomb?

we had ours built to measure (v small space) in Jade Rattan in Wan Chai - can remember address but do a search they have a website.

There are several stores on Java Road in North Point that will custom build a bed in 10 days.


Pricerite also sells a full unit with desk and closet for about 5k including the mattress.

Thanks for the suggestions. Was reading a similar thread in the DH forum and someone recommended a place called Jade Furniture in Wan Chai. Is this the same as Jade Rattan or somewhere else? Anyone got an address for them if they are different?

We got a local Filippino handyman to do this for us. We already had an existing, unwanted wardrobe, so he demolished this and used the wood to build the helpers bed plus shelves. He did a great job and the whole thing was very, very cheap. Contact me if you'd like his name & number.
