Is there anywhere I can download a sample HK Employment contract, I want to make sure that I am fufilling my legal obligations as an employer.
Initially the staff will be on a 3 month contract - they are well aware of this, do the same employment rules apply?
I have looked on the Labour Department website but there doesnt seem to be any sample, can anyone help?

I have been on contract here and my husband has had 4 contracts here and each was a one year contract, with a 6 week contingency period. The contracts included information about MPF fund, holidays and sick days, expected working hours (that was a joke as 45 hours easily became 60), vacation time, length of contract, health and life insurance and payment amount. I can't imagine every contract would be the same though as some include housing allowances, education allowances, tax payments, etc....
