If a touirist who signs a 1 year lease (2 6mo. terms)
Can a serviced suite company enforce such an a greement after 9 months?
This citizen is allowed only 90 day stays.
Also, if the Compnay decides to take legal action is this possible when the tousit departs?
Lastly, would any judgement (obtained w/o the tourist even being here) jepodize any return to Hong Kong?
