I think Aqua on Peking Road has a fantastic view and great food but the prices are no joke.

The Quarter Deck if there isnt a ship moored.

lots of cheaper ones in ocean terminal like japanese, pizza etc

Hutong at 1 Peking Rd in TST (also other restaurants in same building, like Aqua mentioned above)

ToTTs at Exclesior Hotel. Good views for the island.. food is so-so.

Places in IFC not bad - Lumiere, Cuisine Cuisine, Isola,
