Hi - we are looking for a nursery we can put our 1 year old daughter into for 2-3 days/mornings a week. We do not have a helper so I do it all on my own while my husband is at work - just want a bit of time to myself occassionally. Does anyone know of such a place? The only ones I have found so far are from 18 months+. We live in DB but somewhere near Central is OK too.

why don't you try some parent and toddler groups, that way your little one gets to play and make friends and you get to chat and meet people. There's a nice one at the USRC in Jordan, a bit of a way, but its actually run by a lady from DB, and I know at least one other that comes from there, plus someone who comes over from Lamma. Tues and Fri mornings 9.30 - 11.30, pay as you go.
