Ill try again ,im having a problem with my internet provider and i tried to solve it through their hotlines,but it seems impossible to get any real answer from them.
Theres any government department in hk where i can complain ? anyone have any tips,how could i solve the problem with a internet and tv provider?

I had the some problems before and I just called the hotline and try to get the options which number to press for speaking to customer service (the real person). Of course you have to be patient to wait for them while they put you on hold, just try to enjoy the music on hold *_* but it worth it!
When they asked you if they could assist you by phone to fixed the problems, just tell them that you doesn't understand about it so request someone to fixed this as soon as possible or you cancel the subscription, have to be tough abit when you speak (but not rude!) :-)
