try this:

soy sauce and those small green lime u can get from filipino stores ask for kalamansi.

always great with grilled fish.. either as marinade or dip for the cooked fish.. works with any meat really

add chili, few cloves or garlic and those tiny red onion bulbs.. (sorry dont know the english word for it) for extra flavour..

I once had dinner at Gaddis during which the head chef came over and he chatted for a while. He swore that one of the best things he makes is whole salmon stuffed with dairy whip (that mock cream you squirt out of a can), then wrapped in foil and barbequed. I've not tried it but he was absolutely emphatic that the taste was out of this world. It remonded me of people twlling me how good deep fried mars bars are but ... he is the head chef at Gaddis. I will try it one day ...
