Help! I have an apple mac and i busted off the circular back piece which makes the battery come in and out. i need it fixed ASAP!! Where can i go? What can i do? i've been using a coin, but now it's stuck and I need it to work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Can anyone tell me of a computer genius who can not only help me, but where I could get the piece to fix it???

why not try to go and ask help at the computer centre in causeway bay? in 11/F have this apple mac shop and they are very helpful the people there.

Go to apple service centre. There is one on 10th Floor, MLC Towers, 248 Queen's Road East (I went there before and they are quite helpful). Another service centre is Rm 2012, RBS Tower, Causeway Bay. Good luck. Otehrwise, call Apple hotline at 21120099. They are surprisingly helpful. Wouldn't have expected that kind of service - but when I required help they were really helpful.
