I am looking for a good pet supply store. The SPCA HK Center shop is decently stocked for its size but tiny. The ones on Cannon street in CWB are dreadful. Those poor animals! And their supplies are very limited. No large crates for example.
Does anyone have experience with the one in Horizon Plaza?
I tried using search but since there is no "forums only" button it wasn't very useful.

The one in Horizon Plaza, Whiskers and Paws is very good. Sunday afternoons they have dogs from HK Dog Rescue that are up for adoption. Hope this helps. The Community Advice Bureau (CAB)

i always have my bags of 40lb dog food and flea/ tick repellant medicine delivered by these people. they are cheaper than the shops too.

I'm not familiar with the one in Horizon Plaza. If you are going to visit a pet supply store leisurely, Three Dog Bakery in Happy Valley is one of my favorite ones. They have homemade doggie treats, and even let your dogs walking in. http://www.threedog.com.hk/
Another place you might want to explore is PetMax at EMax, Kowloon Bay. There are several big pet supply stores and dogs are welcome too. http://www.petproductnews.com/web-exclusives/pet-max.aspx

We use International Pet House in Shatin. They deliver and have some nice brands of dog food. We specifically use Solid Gold, which they stock.

I have used the pet store in Horizon Plaza, I chose from their really good website, and they delivered a few days later for free, and I live in DB,but can't remember what their minimum fro free delivery is. You can pay online or cash on delivery.

It's interesting how this thread came back from the dead. We've had our dog for almost three years now!
We use Stanley Pet Station (and Stanley Vet Centre underneath) for most things. However Whiskers 'n Paws has an unbeatable selection of rawhide snacks.

ha ha ha ....we all got caught on this old thread . But I had to help a helper find a dog raincoat for her boss' dog and we eventually found a dozen pet stores and supply stores in Mong Kok in Victory Avenue .
