Bus from Central to Sheung Shui?

Does anybody know if there is a bus that goes from Central (Sheung Wan, Admiralty or Wanchai) to Sheung Shui in the mornings?

I've heard of one that goes the opposite way only which is no good to me. I've also heard of red minibuses who do the route at night but do you know what time they finish?

I'd be so grateful for any help and advice. I'm pulling my hair out here!
