The Hong Kong Kennel club have a list of registered breeders of particular dogs.

There must be a similar club for Cat Breeders.

You would be sure to get all the information about the breed you want and the breeders available to you.

I know this is certainly the case for dogs in Hong Kong so someone must have the details of the Cat Club.
