Deleted post/ad

The first time I posted and it was deleted I sent an email asking why it was deleted, I was not happy about the response since it was not specific. That time I suggested that when you delete a post you should at least tell us why it has been deleted so we dont make the same mistake next time eg maybe we put it under wrong category. This time I posted an ad under personals, my ad has not been deleted, it has not been even posted at all!!!! Posting an ad under personals means you have to pay, it is not for free. You sent me a confirmation email re my ad but my ad is nowhere to be found after 3 days. I sent an email regarding this, you sent me a username and password to check the status of my complain but you even sent me a username and password that dont' work, " invalid username/password" it says. This I find annoying. All I ask for is a bit of courtesy to send me an email or a message to my inbox ( we do have an inbox here) stating that my ad/post has been deleted or not posted. I know that everyone who uses this website contributes to make this work but the ones who pay should be given appropriate attention too.

Posting a personal ad is free. When we reject ads a notice is always sent to your account - you can also refer to our rules on all sections including the personals to find out what is acceptable and not acceptable.


If you can post your ad here I can advise likely why it was not approved.

It is not free as I had to pay with a credit card. This is the second time I posted an ad under personals (Just friends), the first one was last year I think and I had to pay and the second one was few days ago and I had to pay. If it is free, how come there are very few ads posted? It is not free, Ed it is the same thing that if you are selling tickets you have to pay $88 to post them (under tickets). If my ad was deleted why did I receive a confirmation email, it even tells me how to amend/edit my ad but there is no ad so nothing to amend. You did not send any notice why my ad was not posted or rejected, not the first time it happened, Ed. I can't post my ad here as I do not have my ad anymore, I could not find it. And also it is under personals, if I have it I would not post it here as the word personals mean.

Which city are you trying to post on? I just posted a test ad on HK without paying...
