I have just moved to HK from Shanghai.
I am looking for a good and cheap tailor to make ladies' dresses, tops, skirts,etc...
I already have some fabric.
I have heard of the fabric market in Shenzhen but I am looking for a trustful tailor, who knows what he's doing..
(I have been disapointed by Shanghai's fabric market tailors in the past!)

Just walk along TST and look for Indian guys hanging around with name cards. They are mostly tailors touting on the street. Usually good quality especially if you are a resident as they want your return business.
