Night Transportation from HK to Kowloon side???

I'm relatively new to Hong Kong, having moved here a mere three weeks ago. My friends and I usually find ourselves hanging out in Central (near Soho, LKF, etc.). I live in Ngau Chi Wan, near the Choi Hung MTR stations. I was wondering if anyone could suggest a night service bus or minibus that I could catch in Central that would take me to Choi Hung (or its surrounding areas)????

On Canal road in Causeway Bay there is a minibus that goes to Sai Kung and it runs through Choi Hung
