Contract question: Probation period/ Termination length

I was presented a school teaching contract that has no Probation Period and also was modified to have now a Termination Clause of 90 days, as opposed to the original 30 days. (I know because I was e-mailed a preview version of the contract in advance. That one had the 30 days 'out' clause on both sides.)

The contract defers to any HK law.

Can anyone tell me if Hk law does indeed have in place specific Probation Periods AND a minimum/maximum length of time for termination period on either party's side.

Perhaps you know where I could begin to research this answer?
