Hi Ed,



My friend account has been suspended without a valid reason.



He only post the comment like " Just try to be more friendly to your officemates"


I dont think its fair.

Unlikely that would result in an account suspension - post the username and I will reactivate - could have been an accidental ban...

This account does not exist in our system - please contact our office on Monday and speak to Michelle 2815 2520

How could it be? here you even sent him a notification of suspension.

" Your account has been suspended for 7 days for placing unacceptable

content on the AsiaXPAT forums. Once the 7 day suspension has expired your

email account will be removed from the banned list and you may

re-register with that email and continue using the forums.


Not acceptable to just suspend an account without any reason though.
