funny enough i saw a shop in shenzhen that sells this stuff..i will try to pick up a card next time. i should be going in a week or two.

there is one shop in Wan Chai that specialise only in knives of all variants (including katanas)
not sure of the name of it, but here's roughly how you'd get there.
1) Sayyou're coming out from Times Sq (movie theatre exit),
2) you are going to walk under the highway that goes to the Aberdeen Tunnel to wardsWan Chai
3) stay on the opposite side of the road by walking against traffic thats heading to Causeway Bay. it should take you approx 10-15mins; the shop will be on your right hand side so keep your eyes open.
