Process to issue petition to bankrupt?

If you would file bankruptcy against him, you are just giving him more ammo not to pay. If he claims he is poor, and nothing is in his name, then there is really nothing for him to declare. The government cannot pull the rug from under his feet. There is no rug. Besides, if he is coming from a well to do family, mommy and daddy can support him. As for losing face, he really doesnt care all that much. He is willing to lose face to his own children by abandoning them, so to him he thinks there is nothing more to lose. He is incompetent and doesnt have integrity. If you have already had 30 judgement summons, and nothing has happened, then request for a different judge. (for all you know, the judge handling your wife's case has already been bribed by the family of this guy, considering they are wealthy. Just my thought after watching The Untouchables)


As for you my friend, (please allow me to call you that, considering what I am about to tell you here), it is part of the job you signed for to take care of your new wife's children as your own. I know and understand that it is a big amount of money we are talking about here, buy they are now considered your own children. You must assume responsibility over them now. If you want to get back at this guy, legally adopt the kids. It will deny him of all legal responsibilities for his children. Legally, he will be just the sperm donor. And if you think that by doing so would just make things easy for him, think again. It is not yet the end of the game. The kids would grow up, and would never acknowledge their biological father.Try not think about the money anymore. (ouch!) You want to do the noble thing, do the noble thing with pride and honor. The rewards would be far greater. Just my two cents.
