We have the grass-need someone with good coaching skills and a few more soccer balls to come be the "coach" at a Birthday Party.

Anyone have any ideas?

I can highly recommend Playsport Coaching Ltd. The top man is called Joe - He does birthday parties as well as general sports coaching. I have used him twice for birthday parties and was very satisfied, he seems an excellent guy.
