Hi,

I would highly recommend Raj's jewelry in Central. My mum has been buying custom made diamonds from them. I have been buying mines too from there. A lot cheaper than those in the chain shops. They wholesale diamonds and you can choose different grade of the diamonds depending on your budget. Excellent services.
