where can get Taiwanese Peral( black) milk tea ? other than in Mongkok.

Hi, there is one in Causeway Bay Plaza. You can buy those pearls from Citysuper. I bought few packs from there before.

no, you have to boil them in hot water. I dont think you can get them ready to eat as they will dry out fast and turn hard!!
