Hello,
I am looking for people in my case and see if they are luckier than me in contacting the owner of the laundry that burnt down on Staunton St in July.
I had duvet, pillows and comforter in there and lost all of them. 3000 $ to replace them...
To top it up, I actually paid the laundry in advance so my helper could pick them up ( I was away).
I am trying to contact the owner but there is no sign at the place and the phone line is always busy.
I am sure they have some kind of insurance...
Anybody else in that case?

You could always try contacting the Consumer Counsil, http://www.consumer.org.hk/website/ws_en/ , to make a claim against the owners. Or contact the Company Registry to find out who the owners are.
