Suspension for talking about where to buy honey?

My wife wrote a response to a thread in which somebody had asked where to buy local honey. She advised this person exactly where to go to buy local honey. The next day, she received an email saying that her account was suspended for 7 days due to inappropriate postings or something along that line. She sent an email reply to ask what was going on, but didn't receive a response. Thank you.

We seldom suspend accounts and only do so if someone posts something extremely offensive. Perhaps there was a fat finger error causing this - if you provide me with her username I will reinstate
