Advice on HTC Tuoch Dual complaint

Can any body advice where to complain and find help.

I have HTC Toch Dual, less than a year old. Always have some problem. Hangs, no response, call drops, no network coverage, no speaker.

I have sent it to HTC care center in Mong Kok 5 times already. Each time I send it in for one problem and come back with 2 new problem. They have sosh*t service. First of all their office hours are not convenience at all. 12pm - 8pm. Monday to Friday, 12pm-4pm on Saturday. Closed on Sunday and Public holidays.

I have to take day off to go there.

Each time they tell me " we have replaced new speaker, main board, this and that....." I have not used this phone for almost 5 weeks. I sent email on their website to ask for contact info for the person in-charge of HTC but they again sent me to same service center. After spending over 40 minutes they said nothing wrong with phone. I have recored few video clips to show them when it hang. They said video is no use and I have to show them problem now. My mistake i did a hard reset few hours before going there.

I am so disappointed with this phone and repair service.

I have an HTC Diamond and its fantastic. Sorry not sure how to advise on how to get yours repaired...

You probably just got "lucky" and got a lemon! My advice is to get rid of it ASAP if it's giving you so much trouble! As for my personal experience with HTC, yes their service is not that great, so lucky for me my phone doesn't have any problems.
