Can you tell me why you have removed the helpers telephone numbers from the ads that used to be displayed with their photo and brief details?

I and a number of my friends and colleagues had previously sourced helpers using the site but do not wish to pay for sourcing their phone numbers. If one decides to use an agency then of course there are fees payable but if you are doing all the work yourself you should not have to pay a fee to receive a potential employees telephone number. It's a shame because otherwise I would be happy to source a helper again through the site but I will have to look at Dollarsaver and word of mouth instead....
