Anybody know how to book accomodation in Palau Saligan...went many year ago to see the turtles stayed in cheap accomodation and don't know how to trace and book it now.

Appreciate you trying to help. I believe Palau means Island and we're specifically looking for Saligan island a small island off Sandakan in Malaysia.....a turtle sanctury. We had actually spent a while googling it but found nothing specific.

Flew to Kota kinabalu then took domestic flight to Sandakan- saw Probosis monkeys in river boat trip and other monkies in local forest before taking speed boat for one hr to Island of Saligan..turtle sanctury near border with Philippines.

Dormatory style accomodation all those yrs ago but told it's been upgraded.
