If it's some Origami papers you're looking for, go to Jusco 10 dollars shop (in Wan Chai's emperor building at the cross of Johnston & Hennessy or in Sheung Wan/Central, not far from Wing On), they have a good inexpensive selection
If you're looking for Washi, then i don't know where you can find that here??? maybe in Sogo ?
