My partner has entered Hong Kong on a 90 day Tourist Visa. He is not working and is required to leave HK every 90 days to hopefully re-enter on another 90 day Tourist Visa. I was hoping to get some understanding as to how many times he can continue to do this before a 90 day Visa will not be granted

That all depends on your luck with the immigration officers. If you're really lucky probably in/out several times might be possible, but if not hasta la vista! Good luck!

Thanks for advice... certainly not an easy one ! But I appreciate your feedback... maybe the marriage suggestion is the answer .... is all just about Who will wear the dress. In the meantime we'll just have to luck it at Immigration and break up the travel pattern as suggested. Would it be fair the say that you can achieve roughly three returns before eyebrows are raised ??

Thanks for all the updates. On another note : Does getting the Frequent Visitors pass for speedy tansfer through HK airport help.
