A friend of mine is an ardent fan of a renowned local fung shui master and author of annual books
He has now fallen into desperate financial misery by following the advise in the fung shui master's published book.
His stock and property portfolio has tumbled .
Can he sue this fung shui writer and or his publisher as there is no disclaimer in the book?

Well well well people let's not put the thought of this case down the toilet so fast!!! Altho, yes, HAHAHA does fit the first instinctual response to it...but there maayyy be a case.
If this master gave explicit advice to invest in a particular stock that he mayyyy have known is gonna fall...there's a case! Agree with Greenvalleys on that part where there should be that trait of negligence in advice. Perhaps perhaps.
