Quickest way to commute DB - Quarry Bay

Hi all

I've been living in Hong Kong for a couple of months and our offices are moving from Central to Quarry Bay. I live in DB so I am expecting the commute to increase considerably. Does anyone know the quickest and cheapest way of travelling between Pier 3 to QB? I assume the MTR?

Definitely the MTR - buses tend to get stuck in the traffic jams during rush hour.

Cheapest would be the tram but involves a bit of a walk and a bit more time
