We're celebrating my friends's upcoming weddding and thinking of a nice girlie afternoon tea somewhere in Central (she's not game for the typical hen party and would prefer something a little more sophisticated!!). Someone mentioned Mo Bar does afternoon tea as well. Has anyone been there? Do you think it would have the right vibe for a group of early 30 somethings?

I have a suggestion depending on the celebration date, my girlfriends and I have just booked high tea at MO which includes pink bubbles and the makeup artist from American Idol, let me know if you interested and I can some details, and even if the dates are wrong, I would suggest it as a present.

Hi Isobella, this sounds very interesting 'cos she's an American Idol fan!! But we've now changed plans from afternoon tea to spa treatments at home, but I think the girls would still be game for this? What's it all about? Okay if your interested the event is called 'Pink Ladies' due to the free flow of Pink Bubbly!!!, it starts at 3pm and includes a tea set per person plus tea...
The date is the 22nd Nov, I recommend you book early and you get a early bird discount or if you are a member of the AWA you can 25% off so its a pretty cool deal
