Its my mother's birthday soon, she's new to HK and I want to take her somewhere special for the evening on her bday. Can anyone reccomend somewhere special/memorable?
We've done the dinner @ the peak already any other ideas?

Hutong
Watermark
Zuma (I don't like this place myself, but others seem to)
Nobu or Spoon at Intercontinental Hotel
Inganiku at Four Seasons Hotel
The China Club (you have to be a member or know a member to book)
But if she's really new to HK, you can't beat a "dai pai dong" for a memorable meal!
