Three / Hutchison Customer Service

can someone tell me how i can reach a human being at three's customer service hot-lines? i am in the USA trying to access my HK voice mail but my password won't work. i can't reset my password with my mobile (normally *333) as my phone can't use the network in the states. i have tried calling the following CS number in HK: 2121-1228 but all i get is automated responses. another CS number is 3162-3333 but it won't accept my phone number. i've made sure to call during business hours HK time but i can't seem to reach a living human person and i'm furious... any suggestions how i can change my voice mail password?


btw i posted a similar question the day before but the moderator deleted it - any ideas why a questions like this would be removed?

If you mentioned a company name then admin will have deleted it, the posting rules of this forum say that posting negative comments about companies or probably individuals as well I suppose is not permissible. Obviously there has been debate as to the merits of that kind of rule, but that is the rule, so that is the way it is.


Sometimes completely innocuous posts which merely ask questions disappear though, I dont think anyone deletes those threads, they just disappear. I responded to one thread on MBA"S and after I posted, I was taken to the twilight zone or the Bermuda triangle and the thread was gone. I don't know why it happens, it just does from time to time, I don't think anyone is deleting them or if they are its a mistake. But it does happen from time to time.


I don't think Ed would have a problem with this post if your frustration spilled over a little more in the last post than it did in this post, he would have probably deleted it if there was an outright slag of 3. Its his board, his rules, that's the way it is.

Never had a problem with the number used (usually 3162 3333) but if all else fails use their online contact form at : http://www.three.com.hk/website/template?pageid=76000&lang=eng


I have used this previously late at night and had call next day. So maybe worth a try.

since I posted my reply the options menu have been revised!!! previously you could get hold of someone from customer services as follows:


dial 3162-3333

press 2 for english

press # to further enquiry

press 0 or 8 (can't remember which) to speak directly to someone from customer services.


hmmmmm....wish I hadn't of open my big mouth, now I'm stuck when I want to reach someone at '3' too!
