Fatburger in Wanchai or elsewhere

I was interested to know if the Fatburger had finally opened in Wanchai or if there was another open location in HK?


I know the one in Macau is open, but doubt its worth the ferry ride there and back.

Hasn't opened yet. Location is Queen's Road East, opposite Hopewell Centre. They've put up signs 'Hiring now' so assume won't be opened for a while STILL. Boo.

It's open now. Haven't been yet so don't know how good it is.

Tried it a couple of days ago. It was their third day after opening.

Seemed packed and full of energy.

Chatted with the company representative who came to inaugurate the opening of this franchise store. Meat (claimed 100% beef!) is sourced chilled from the US and its then processed daily.


I found the burger not any different from any fast food in general. Meat was thin and just ok. Bun was rather above average while other fillings were fresh and of good quality.


I tried the thick fries and loved it. Milk shakes are made of Ben & Jery's ice cream!!


I would say, it's Burger King quality!
