Hi, Would anyone know of a cobbler that will be have tools to expand kids shoe.

The width of my son's feet is rather wide (has got fat little feet) hence he tends to feel uncomfortable in some of his shoes. Will be a big waste to throw away relatively new shoes when the length still fit.

I don't know of a cobbler, but for new shoes you might try Ecco. They have several wider models. Lee Gardens Two has a good big kid's shoe store.
