I am thinking of taking my oldest to see the latest Bond film when it comes out here but I can't find any info on age restrictions. It is categorised as IIB. Does this refer to a particular age?
I am quite happy that he sees it but don't want to tell him that we are going only to get there and be turned away because of an age restriction.
Thanks

IIB means "Level Two-B: Not Suitable for Young Persons and Children. The Government suggests parental guidance when watching the film. " So there is no explicit age restriction.
The ratings are explained here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hong_Kong_motion_picture_rating_system
The MPAA in the US rates it "Rated PG-13 for intense sequences of violence and action, and some sexual content."
PG-13 means it is appropriate from 13 with parental guidance. Personally, I think the US ratings tend to be soft on violence and tough on sex, but that's just my opinion.
