Anyone renewed US passport in HK?

Hi everyone,

I am having trouble when I need to renew my US passport.

Will I have any problem if I use a HK address to fill in the renewal application form? Or should I use the one in the US?

And for the appointment, who will I meet with?The Embassy or staffs in the Embassy?
