anyone living in this place? Do you recommend living there?


rental price seems to be around 17k for 898' flat, do you think this is a good bargain or do you reckon it is better to wait a few months to see the price continue dropping?

the 898 units are the ones at the back and very soon some serious contruction will start on the space behind, so the only day of peace you will get is Sunday, depending on which block you move into, your seaview will soon be blocked also.


The actual building is pretty nice, one of the nicest I have seen in HK
