"dulce de leche" - how is the translation to english? - help

trying to prepare a cake but can't seem to find a basic ingrediant... in spanish it's called "dulce de leche".. anyone knows how they call it in english?! or chinesse? Thanks.

The literal translation is "candy / sweet of milk"--in English I've usually heard it referred to as milk caramel. Making it well is quite difficult--suggest you look at 360, they're the most likely place in town to have it. You may also have luck finding it as an ice cream topping. Cheers!
