Hi
I have recently arrived in HK and have rented an apartment. I have furnished my 1100 sq feet apartment with the basics but I would like some help.
Can anyone recommend an independent interior designer who can help me with ideas and sourcing of ornaments, furniture and soft furnishings? I basically need to make my apartment more homely, add a "woman's touch".
My living/dining room is the area I am particularly keen to have done.
I would like to spend approx HKD 10,000-15,000 (including consulting fees) and would prefer someone who is independent and therefore not affiliated to source/buy from an one shop. The style I am after is modern Asian/Western fusion.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Chris

why dont you pop into places like Tequila Kola, Indigo etc and ask the sales assistant for just some advice? That should save you money. All it normally takes is a few things on the walls (bare walls unless you are going for stark minimalist look, are really not that homey). A few bits and pieces on the shelves and voila..
