We are a manufacturer of product looking to file and enforce IP protection. Ideally we are looking for an individual whom is very experienced in this area to act on our behalf rather than use one of the larger firms. If anyone knows of someone with such experience whom might be interested in employment please advise.

Are you sure you have enough IP issues to keep an IP professional occupied on a full-time basis? What you want in order to be successful and not wasting too much time is a fairly senior person. They don't come cheap and you might be better off engaging a law firm. Doesn't have to be the big expensive ones. There are lots of very good IP lawyers in town with their own smaller practice, providing very good services for decent hourly rates. Check the law society and meet with a few firms / partners to get a feeling of the market.
