Looking for cheap and small, tacky even will be appreciated.
We have a large one, but will not be spending Christmas here so don't want to drag everything out for just a week or so, but want to put a small one in our lounge for the kids before we go home for the hols. Log On and City Super have them, but way too expensive. Happy to look at markets, etc., but not seen any in the street markets yet.
Thanks!

Toys R Us has them. They're not the nicest looking kind, but for fakes they're pretty much all the same! A 4ft. one is something like $100.
We sure miss having real & great smelling xmas trees like back in Canada! ;)

Thanks everyone! Will venture out this week to pick one up.
alcheng, you can buy live xmas trees at Log On. They are around $1K and you need to order. I saw the sign just the other day in Fesitval Walk. They deliver on or after 10 December. Of course I'm sure they wouldn't be the same as your home country, but has to be better than fake.

Or you can go to one of the garden centres in Sai Kung and buy one there.

Log On in Festival walk also do a fairly wide selection of fake trees, not that cheap but some nice ones.

Real trees can be bought at the Flower Market @ Prince Edward Stn.
4'-5' = $850
5'-6' = $1000
6'-7' = $1300
Price includes delivery to HK side. Trees are wrapped up so cannot see what you are getting but the one we bought was fairly bushy but not too symmetrical. The tres are firs not the long needle pines. Smells great at home now. Not as romantic as trudging through the snow with saw in hand and hot chocolate in the other but not bad either.

I saw live trees for sale outside Park N Shop at Clearwater Bay just today. They were quite nice as well.
