I started my own business when I came to Hong Kong 8 years ago. It has been hard work for me and I managed to survive thru' SARS...... Now my English Learning Centre business is going down as I am in an average area, Chaiwan.
The majority of the courses that I run is 1-on-1 English with Native English Speaking Teachers, therefore I have now written up several English courses for small groups and hope this will reduce the course fees for parents.
I do not know whether I should close down the business and start to look for a job now??? I have a very nice big office but I am working and thinking about the business by myself and have noone to discuss with. Could anyone help by giving me some advice?

Not sure if I can help, seeing as I am something of a competitor -- but in an entirely different area, so not really. But if you send me a message, maybe we can find something useful to talk about....

Have you thought about moving your location to get more people enrolled? Chaiwan is mostly an industrial neighborhood.
