does anyone know where to buy mirin wine for the black miso cod recipe? I need miso paste as well, but I guess Citysuper should have that? thank you

found it!! thank you! realised my mistake - was looking in booze section! doh!!! found it around the condiments section! and the white miso paste so am ready to go!! except recipe says marinate for 2-3 days - not sure that fish we get will "live" that long - will just do 24 hours me thinks....

With your leftover miso paste, make up a soup base and add dumplings, bokchoy, mushrooms and udon. It's a delicious, easy and healthy midweek meal!
(I also add sliced chicken or pork from time to time)
