I live in Clear Water Bay and I was wondering where to go to have pants shortened. Any recommendations?

In Sai Kung old town there is a small shop and seamstress, it is located near the end of either Sai Kung Man street or Sai Kung Tai street, just a few doors in from the intersection of See Cheung street near Lakeside Gardens and the smaller Wellcome. I believe the shop name is Elaine's.
